Terms & Conditions 



1. Organizer


This charity print sale is independently organized by Victoria E. Paternó, a Venezuelan photographer based in Paris, France.

This campaign is not organized by, affiliated with, or officially endorsed by any of the beneficiary organizations unless expressly stated.

2. The Sale


This is a limited-edition print sale created to raise funds for humanitarian relief following the June 2026 earthquakes in Venezuela.

Each purchase is the sale of a photographic artwork. It is not a charitable donation and does not entitle the purchaser to a charitable tax receipt.

The sale closes on 15 August 2026.

3. The Prints


Each photograph is available as a limited edition of 30 prints.

Specifications:
  • Size: 32 × 22 cm
  • Printed by a professional fine art laboratory in Paris, France
  • Each print is signed and numbered by the artist

Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen calibration and the printing process.

4. Pricing & Payment


Price: €130 per print, including standard shipping within Europe.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Any applicable taxes are handled in accordance with French law.

5. Shipping


Shipping is available within Europe only.

To reduce production and shipping costs and maximize the funds available for relief efforts, all orders will be printed and shipped together once the campaign has ended.

Estimated dispatch: within approximately 2–3 weeks after the campaign closes.

Orders are shipped in protective rigid packaging.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Use of Proceeds


The Organizer will not retain any personal profit from this campaign.

All net proceeds from the sale will be donated to humanitarian organizations and initiatives supporting relief efforts in Venezuela.

For the purposes of this campaign, net proceeds are defined as the total amount collected from sales, less payment processing fees, printing costs, packaging costs, and shipping costs directly related to fulfilling customer orders.

The final allocation of funds will be determined in good faith according to the humanitarian needs existing when the campaign closes.

Organizations currently being considered include:
  • Hogar Bambi
  • Fundana
  • Hospital Ortopédico Infantil de Caracas
  • Alimenta la Solidaridad

This list is not exhaustive and may change if humanitarian priorities evolve before donations are made.

7. Transparency


Following completion of the campaign:
  • A summary of the campaign will be published, including the total amount raised, campaign expenses, and the total amount donated.
  • Confirmation of the donations made will be shared with purchasers by email and/or published on the campaign website.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact victoriapaterno@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the damage. A replacement print will be arranged where possible.

If your parcel is lost during shipment, please contact the Organizer so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.

Purchases made as part of this limited-edition charity sale are considered final.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence.

9. Limitation of Liability


The Organizer shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where such delays or failures result from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or postal service interruptions.

10. Privacy


Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing payments, fulfilling orders, communicating with customers regarding their purchases, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to process payments, deliver orders, or comply with legal obligations.

12. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights afforded to consumers under applicable law.
This is a limited edition Venezuelan Earthquake Relief print sale organised by Victoria E. Paternó, venezuelan photographer, based in Paris, France. All proceeds after production and shipping costs are donated primarily to Hogar Bambi and Fundana, two Venezuelan associations supporting children affected by the June 2026 earthquakes.
